Per the DMCA, Parks will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to Parks' Copyright Agent as described below. In the event Parks removes the allegedly infringing materials, Parks will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Parks removed or disabled access to the materials. Parks may also provide the responsible person with your e-mail address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

Parks reserves the right to terminate, limit or suspend any user's access to the Site in the event of repeated infringing activity. Transparency in Coverage Machine-Readable Files

The Transparency in Coverage Final Rule requires we provide machine-readable files for commercial price information.
Health insurers must make certain health care price information publicly available in downloadable machine-readable files beginning July 1, 2022. We’ve uploaded large, machine-readable files to be sure we’re compliant with the requirement, including in-network negotiated rates and historical payments to out-of-network providers and their billed charges.
